We at 'Love & Light' have an all hours, all ears approach to helping our clients, you can contact us at anytime during our journey together with any question or qualm, no matter how big or small. Pregnancy and new motherhood can be a really tough time for some people, we want to support you in every aspect.

Professional Information

Founder Bel Palczewski, has worked as a nurse for 26 years, and a mother for 23 of those. With her extensive experience and knowledge and 'on the pulse' approach to services, Bel can provide you a wealth of knowledge and forward thinking throughout your time.

Within our full package, and as stand alone services we offer:

Monthly, fortnightly and weekly visits throughout the pregnancy
Reiki and Pregnancy Massage
Support during your entire labour and birth according to your wishes
Post Natal Support eg. Routine support, feeding assistance, sibling support
Settling techniques
Sleep over sessions

Pricing and Costs

As a mother to 4, Bel completely understands the pressures of parenthood on your finances. She has priced all services accordingly and encourages you to contact her via email to talk further. All services can be tailored for all budgets. Services start as low as $25, and no higher than $1,000 for an all inclusive package. We are happy to send through our comprehensive price list with no obligations to book.
